Community Guidelines

Field2Fare is built on trust, respect, and a shared love for local agriculture. Help us keep this community safe and welcoming for everyone.

🤝 For Explorers (Buyers)

    Respect the Land & Property: You are visiting working farms and private residences. Stay in designated retail areas, do not pet or feed animals without explicit permission, and respect private property boundaries.
  • ✓
    Leave Honest, Constructive Reviews: Feedback helps the community grow. Ensure your reviews reflect your actual experience and refrain from using profanity, threats, or aggressive language.

🚜 For Producers (Sellers)

    Accurate Representation: Ensure your photos, inventory, and operating hours are up to date. If you sell out, update your status to CLOSED to prevent wasted trips.
  • ✓
    Food Safety & Compliance: You are entirely responsible for ensuring your products meet all local, state, and federal health and agricultural regulations.

Zero Tolerance Policy

To maintain a safe environment, Field2Fare strictly prohibits the following behaviors. Violations will result in immediate content removal and permanent account suspension:

  • Hate speech, discrimination, or derogatory language based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Harassment, bullying, doxxing, or threats of physical violence against any member of the community.
  • Uploading sexually explicit, obscene, or graphically violent imagery.
  • Spam, deceptive marketing, or selling illegal/unregulated goods.

Reporting & Moderation

If you encounter a listing, photo, or review that violates these guidelines, use the "Report" flag inside the mobile app or web portal immediately. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
